Order fulfillment

After the purchase, you will get a confirmation email that we have received your order and that we are going to start the fulfillment process. Usually we process our orders in one working day. If the order is made before 12pm it is going to be filled the same day. In cases where the ordered product is not in stock, but is in our physical store, the processing of the order may take 1 working day longer.

Shipping costs

ORDER REGISTRATION

1. The User can place orders 24 hours a day.

2. LIKA-J sends the User confirmation of order acceptance by e-mail.

3. If the User does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted.

4. The assembly of the order is started at the moment when the money has been credited to the LIKA-J account.

5. Orders are collected by LIKA-J on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays - assembly is not carried out.

ORDERING PROCESS

1. To make an order, the user needs to add an item to the cart.

2. If the user is within our reach (Only Europe and selected countries) then choose Delivery to locker or pick-up point, other choose International Shipping (outside of EU) 

3. If the user chose first option (Delivery to a locker or pick-up point) Then on the list select a country and then closest pick-up point to your desired address, or if the user chose the second option (Outside of the EU) then just agree with the Terms & Conditions and continue to filling out the information requested for delivery. 

4. Once the user gets to the information fulfillment zone, user has to fill all the information as requested - delivery address, phone number, email etc., for successful delivery. 

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

1. The user pays for goods in the following ways:

1.1. using the internet bank  "klix"  services (when ordering a product);

1.3. by payment card (when ordering the product).

2. After successful purchase, the User is sent a confirmation e-mail.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION RULES

Disputes regarding the fulfillment of obligations are resolved through negotiations. BUYERS, who are considered consumers in the sense of the regulatory enactments, have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options in accordance with the procedure specified in the regulatory enactments, by submitting a written application to the SELLER for out-of-court dispute resolution, stating:

1. Name, surname, contact information;

2. The date of submission of the application;

3. Nature of the dispute, claims and their justification.
